MOAB Hammer Drop MTB Race Series Volunteer

Event Set-up Volunteer (3:30pm-5:30pm)

Assist with any event set-up duties (i.e. setting up tents/registration, hang banners, course markings, set out garbage bins, etc.). Heavy lifting may be involved.

Registration/Check-in (4:00pm-6:30pm)

Assist with event registration, check-in, collecting payment, assigning bib #'s, merch sales, timing, etc.

Event Photography Volunteer (5:00pm-7:30pm)

Assist with capturing event photos of people arriving, getting ready for rides, on course, podium, hydrating, spectators, start/finish line, etc.

Race Timing Volunteer (5:30pm-7:30pm)

Assist Race Director to allow for a smooth & efficient timing process.

First Aid/Medical Volunteer (5:30pm-7:30pm)

Provide EMS/First Aid support. Volunteers must have basic first aid experience.

Event Tear-down Volunteer (6:30pm-7:30pm)

Assist with any event tear-down duties (i.e. cleanup, tear down tents/registration, banners, course markings, collect garbage, etc.). Heavy lifting may be involved.

Event Set-up (9:30am-12:30pm) **SATURDAY 7/11

Assist with any event set-up duties (i.e. setting up tents/registration, hang banners, course markings, set out garbage bins, etc.). Heavy lifting may be involved.

Parking Volunteer (6:00am-10:00am)

Assist with parking duties & responsibilities. Ensure smooth & efficient parking for attendees.

Registration/Check-in Volunteer (7:00am-11:00am)

Course Marshall (7:00am-11:00am)

Assist on the course with directions, water station, emergencies, mechanicals, etc.

Race Timing Volunteer (7:00am-11:00am)

Assist Race Timer with timing, tracking down participants & other duties to allow for a smooth & efficient timing process.

Event Photography Volunteer (7:00am-11:00am)

Capture photos throughout the event

Kids Fun Ride Volunteer (10:30am-12:30pm)

Assist with the kids fun ride - help set up course, gather kids, take photos, present awards

Podium/Awards Volunteer (12:00pm-4:00pm)

Assist with passing out awards, gathering podium winners, taking podium photos, etc.

Event Break-down (3:00pm - 5:00pm)

Assist with post-event break-down

On course support at critical turns or technical areas, water stations, stay on course until last rider is completed
