First out and back goes from Bayshore Beach in Long Beach to Crystal Lake in the San Gabriel Mountains via the San Gabriel River Trail. Second out and back is a lollipop and goes down the coast along Pacific Coast Highway, by Crystal Cove, and to Laguna Beach before doing a loop through Orange County along mostly bike paths and through the beautiful Newport Backbay before returning to Long Beach.
