10 flat miles from Big Pool to Hancock on the Western Maryland Rail Trail, then a climb fest over Sideling Hill, Town Hill, Green Ridge Mtn and Polish Mtn to Flintstone, then turn around and climb back over all those mountains all over again. Last 10 miles are flat.
