Belgian Waffle Ride 2027: Pavement, Dirt, Sand and Rocks

San Diego County turns into a mixed-surface playground on May 1-2, 2027, for the sixteenth annual Belgian Waffle Ride. Pick your size of suffering, from the full Waffle to the Wafer or the Wanna, and get ready for climbs, technical sections and rocky sectors.

  • Routes: Waffle, Wafer, Wanna (2026 reference: 107, 64 and 30 miles)
  • Climbing: Up to 7,367 ft on the Waffle (2026 reference)
