Time for more state-chasing using mostly rural roads and definitely a couple of climbs. Starts/ends in pretty busy Dubuque, so there is a sidewalk used until you cross the river. Goes through one of the most haunted cities in the US, Galena IL...there's even goat yoga nearby!
