A reversible mixed terrain point-to-point route from Rockland to Winona, MN. Portions of the route on the La Crosse River Trail, Great River State Trail, through Perrot State Park and Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge. Small section on the Great River Road in Minnesota as well. 38% pavement / 62% mixed terrain. NOTE: This is route #4 of 4 of the Dairyland Excursion series/collection that connects Lake Michigan to the Mississippi River, crossing Wisconsin. This particular route covers both Wisconsin and Minnesota for the American Explorer Award.
