Tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge

A scenic tour through the wetlands of the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge which also passes the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad Visitor Center. Note that part of the route requires either a National Park pass or a $1 fee per bicycle.
