A relatively mild 114K that starts that starts in Alexandria and goes along the Potomac Heritage trail with stops at Piscataway and Fort Washington State Parks. ~2 miles of gravel marked in Brown. ~10 miles of uncrowded rail trails along Indian head and Henson Creek. Some roads can be busy; recommend riding this route on weekends.
