Hospitality Assistant 5:15PM - 7:15PM

Your role is to assist the hospitality host with questions from racers and others, and to assist with racer gear check in. Your post will be at the start/finish line area.

Finish line set up/tear down, Corner Marshall 1. 4:00PM - 8:30PM. Mission Ridge.

Set up finish line: 4:00 - 5:15, CM 5:15 - 7:15, tear down finish line, 7:15 - 8:30. CM direct racers up toward finish line. Direct ALL vehicle traffic following racers to lower parking lot.

Finish line set up/tear down, Corner Marshall 2. 4:00 - 8:30, Mission Ridge.

Set up finish line: 4:00 - 5:15, CM 5:15 - 7:15, tear down finish line, 7:15 - 8:30. CM Scream at and divert any vehcile traffic that ignored CMFL-1. Call out race numbers as racers pass.

Corner Marshall Start Line, 4:00PM - 7:00PM. Squilchuck State Park.

Stop and/or slow down southbound traffic on Squilchuck RD as racers depart from Start Line. After all racers have departed, stop and slow traffic with advise of bike racers on road.

Corner Marshall, Forrest Ridge onto Squilchuck: 5:15PM - 7:15PM

Stop or slow traffic from Forrest Ridge onto Squilchuck road as racers depart start line. Advise racers 'rules of the road' apply.

Corner Marshall, Squilchuck State Park, Start Line; 5:15PM - 7:15PM

Direct all racers from Wenatchee Mountain road onto Squilchuck road. Advise racers 'rules of the road' apply.

Set up/tear down/assist Hospitality: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Assist with set up of start and finish lines, incudes barriers, signage etc. Location: Waterville High School

Call racers number to finish line as they approach the 1K to go.

Tear down assist - Finish Line: 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Assist Hospitality Focal. Remain for racers to retrieve checked items after AM races. Relocate to Mission Ridge after race start with all items, return to start for PM races

Parking Attendant 1 - START: 7:00AM -2:00PM

Direct cars from Malaga Alcoa Hiway to Alcoa Parking Lot. Return to START positions for PM races. After PM races ensure everything is picked up and head to Mission Ridge for finale.

Parking Attendant 2 - START: 7:00AM - 2:00PM

Systematically arrange cars for maximum parking in ALCOA lot. Return to START positions for PM races. After PM races ensure everything is picked up and head to Mission Ridge for finale.

Spotter - Corner 1: 7:00AM/Corner Marshall 3, Corner 2, 8:AM -2:00PM

Alert CC1 and C1 flaggers when patrol car passes to shut down corner on 3 GC Loop laps. Stop or slow traffic at Firehouse rd, for racers, lead car and main caravan.

Spotter - S2, S5 & S6 (Mobile Spotter) - Corner 2: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Alert CC2 and C2 flaggers when patrol car passes to shut down corner on 2 GC Loop laps. Look for 'straggler traffic and slow down or stop. C6 for Stemilt Loop AM Races. C5 on Joe Miller loop PM race

Corner Marshall1 - Corner2: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Look for 'straggler or cross traffic', and slow down or stop as racers approach area from ALCOA and ensuing 2 GC Loop laps. Not required after 2 GC Loop laps - go to lunch. Return to pos for PM race

Alert CC3 when patrol car passes for 3 GC Loops (AM and PM races) and for JM Loop PM race only). Not required after 3 GC Loops for AM race - go to lunch. Return to position for PM race.

Alert CC3 when patrol car passes for 3 GC Loops (AM and PM races) and for JM Loop PM race only). Not required after 3 GC Loops for AM race - go to lunch. Return to position for PM race.

(AM Races) Start with Feed and Green Zones Signs on Stemilt Loop Road. (PM Races) Move Feed and Green Zones Signs from Stemilt Loop Road to Stemilt Hill Road.

Corner Marshall 1 Corner 4: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Stop and/or slow traffic at intersection per CC4 direction as racers approach area. Not required after Joe Miller Hill Climb onto Stemilt Loop (AM) - go to lunch. Return to positions for PM races

Entertainer Corner 4: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Set up and play tunes as racers reach Top of Hill. Bring a boombox. Try to resist Karoke. Go to lunch, return for PM races. Tear down equipment after PM racing is complete.

Corner Captain 7: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Direct racers toward Mission Ridge and away from State Park. Return to positions for PM races. After PM races ensure everything is picked up and head to Mission Ridge for finale if desired.

Corner Marshal 1 Corner 8: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Direct racers up toward finish line. Direct ALL vehicle traffic to lower parking lot. Return to START positions for PM races. After PM races ensure everything is picked up.

Corner Marshal 2 Corner 8: 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Direct racers toward finish line. Scream at and divert any vehicle traffic that ignored CM8-1. Call out race numbers to finish line announcer as they pass. Required for AM and PM Races.
