Sunday Registration - Packet Pick Up - Body Marking - Timing Chips

Work with the registration Coordinator to distribute packets & swag to athletes on race morning. (Must be able to handle higher stress & have a positive attitude.)

Bike - Bottle Exchange

Hand out Gatorade Endurance / water bottles bottles to athletes along the bike course.

Bike Course Volunteers

Positioned along the bike course to guide athletes along the route. An example of your duties would be, "slow down turn ahead"... or "Merging bikes ahead"

Finish Line

Prep the finish line area and be excited to congratulate athletes for finishing the race! Duties include: distribute water bottles, medals, collect timing chips and more.

Run Aid Station #1 Prestige

Staff, prepare & distribute hydration & nutrition to athletes along the run course.

Run Aid Station #2

Staff, prepare & distribute hydration & nutrition to athletes along the run course.

Run Aid Station #3 Girl Scouts

Staff, prepare & distribute hydration & nutrition to athletes along the run course.

Run Course Turns/Intersections

Guide athletes along the course with verbal directions. Example, " Turn right" "Turn left".

Run- Lead Biker (Olympic)

Lead the first Olympic athlete along the course. Provides 'warning' to aid stations, police details & volunteers that the first runner is coming through.

Run- Lead Biker (Sprint)

Lead first sprint athlete onto the run course. "Warns" staff, volunteers & police details that the first sprint athlete is coming through.

Swim Counters

Shore based accounting of athletes either entering the water or exiting the water

Transition

Assist the Transition Coordinator, check bikes for safety, guide athletes to their racks, control traffic flow & more.

Are you flexible & just want to help out? Kristin will place you where we need you. (various times available)

Registration

Working packet pick up the day before the event. Must be able to handle a crowd & some stress. Distribute packets, bibs, swag and be excited to welcome athletes to the race.
