Packet Pick-up will be held at MOAB Bike Shop in Franklin (1113 Murfreesboro Rd., Suite 101, Franklin).

Event Set-up Volunteer (11:00am-3:00pm)

Assist with any event set-up duties (i.e. setting up tents, hang banners, set out garbage bins, etc.). Heavy lifting may be involved.

Parking Lead Director (12:00pm-6:00pm)

This position will lead all parking efforts for general and RV parking and will serve as point of contact for all Parking volunteers.

Parking Volunteer (12:00pm-4:00pm)

Assist with parking duties & responsibilities. Ensure smooth & efficient parking for attendees.

Event Photography Volunteer (12:00pm-4:00pm)

Assist with capturing event photos of people arriving & setting up campsites, getting ready for Shakeout ride, etc.

Camping/Lodging Coordinator (12:00pm-4:00pm)

Assist with checking in all reserved group/RV camping and onsite Lodging, as well as general camping, and directing them to appropriate spot.

Shuttle Coordinator (12:00pm-6:00pm)

This position will lead all shuttling efforts to/from RV parking area and Group campsite area and will serve as point of contact for all Shuttle volunteers.

Vendor Coordinator (2:00pm-6:00pm)

Check in and assist all vendors with placement, confirm they have everything they need.

Packet Pick-Up/Basecamp Volunteer (2:00pm-6:00pm)

Assist with onsite Packet Pick-up at Registration area, direct people, answer questions, etc.

Event Merch Sales (2:00pm-6:00pm)

Assist with event merch sales as needed. Keep merch organized, track all sales on spreadsheet.

Shuttle Volunteer (2:00pm-6:00pm)

This position will assist with shuttles to/from RV field, group campsites and around campground and will report to Shuttle Coordinator.

Basecamp Coordinator (2:00pm-6:00pm)

Manage volunteers for Packet Pick-up at Registration area, direct people, answer questions, etc.

Facilities Coordinator (2:00pm-6:00pm)

Manage overall facility by monitoring garbage cans, toilet paper, wash stations, etc. May recruit other volunteers to assist as needed.

Shakeout Ride Emergency/SAG Support (3:00pm-5:00pm)

This volunteer position would need to support this Shakeout ride until the last rider comes in.

First Aid Volunteer - Basecamp (3:00pm-5:00pm)

Provide EMS/First Aid support at Basecamp. Volunteers must have basic life support, BLS for healthcare providers, and be currently enrolled in MTSU's (or similar) program.

Parking Volunteer (3:00pm-7:00pm)

Assist parking Lead with directing traffic and parking to appropriate areas for RV and onsite camping.

Event Photography Volunteer (4:00pm-8:00pm)

Assist photography team with capturing event photos during and after Shakeout ride, music, food trucks, etc.

Provide on-call EMS/First Aid support & assist rest stop volunteers as needed. Volunteers must have basic life support, BLS for healthcare providers, and be currently enrolled in MTSU’s program.

11 MILE Emergency/SAG Support (9:00am-11:30am)

This position would need to be available from the start to finish (last rider) of the 11 mile route.

30 MILE Emergency/SAG Support (9:00am-1:00pm)

This position would need to be available from the start to finish (last rider) of the 30 mile route.

4O MILE Emergency/SAG Support (9:00am - 2:00pm)

This position would need to be available from the start to finish (last rider) of the 40 mile route.

60 MILE Emergency/SAG Support (9:00am-4:00pm)

This position would need to be available from the start to finish (last rider) of the 60 mile route.

Assist with Andy's Farm Rest Stop - setup, restock snacks/drinks, assisting riders, trail runners, etc.

Pine Grove Baptist Church Volunteer (10:30am-1:30pm)

Assist with the Pine Grove Rest Stop - setup, restock snacks/drinks, supporting 100 mile riders, etc.

This position would just need to be on fire watch during the evening bonfire (preferably a certified EMT/Firefighter)
