Leaving the spectacular skyline of downtown Chicago, this point-to-point route first follows bike trails along Lake Michigan, then takes a variety of rail-trails and low traffic rural roads across northern/central Indiana to arrive in Kokomo, IN, known as "The City of Firsts. Sorry, no Bobs Country Bunker but the Elwood Haynes Museum is in Kokomo.
