Starting in CT near the MA border, outbound is on quiet roads into southern MA with one major climb to the Outlook Farm Barn & Eatery for breakfast or lunch. Return is through quiet lightly-populated areas, across the Great River Bridge in Westfield, and then several miles on well-paved rail trails.
