Out and back route combining the General James A. Van Fleet State Trail and the Auburndale TECO Trail for a quiet, rural Florida experience. Swamps, forest and flatlands. Alligators, turkey, gopher tortoises and more. This is a 100% paved trail ride but truly a wilderness experience. Very limited cell service. Toilets at trailheads but no drinking water. Bring drinking water, insect repellent and sunscreen.
