Join us on Monday at Dutchman to mark the Met win section of the course to skyliner. Supplies will be provided.

Assist in filling 700 Gallons of Water at the Athletic Club of Bend! Shoes may get wet, containers will be prepped from our food-safe hose and loaded into Uhauls.

Sunday Course Clean and Ride

Join us Sunday morning to make one final course cleaning mission. We will divide up and take different sections of trail to cover the 100 miles, each of us riding approximately 25 miles each.

Early Course Sweeps

Arrive early on Saturday morning to follow the racers. Depending on course route you will follow the group, some of you can leap frog in the group of riders and report updates at aid station.

Course Sweeps/ Clean and Clear from Skyliner

Join us at mile marker 30 or 64 to help us sweep riders and clean up any dropped trash, bottles, and take down flagging and signs. Please pick up your sweep plate on Friday.

Sweeps from Green Gate to Finish late

Join us at mile marker 72 to help sweep final riders, clean up the course, and take down the course marking. Please pick up your sweep plate on Friday and wait for thfinal sweeps to get to Green gate

MTB Rabbit down Key downhills before the lead group arrives

Lead and alert other mountain bikers that the fast lead group is approaching. We place signs, but this may not ruin someone's day. Sections vary to include Mrazek or later down Tiddlywinks etc.

Timing Chip Collection - 2nd Shift

Please come help us clip chips at the finish line. All neccessary tools provided. Please avoid the silver number. Some riders may want to clip their own chips.

ACB Haul Trail Crossing - 1st Shift Redmond Swim Team

Please were a vests and watch for pedestrians and stop them as necessary as racers cross path. Please be vocal as riders come into view, yell, "rider up!"

Please provide traffic control on the bike path for riders and pedestrians. Wear a safety vest and bring a cowbell or a whistle.
